We are creatives first and marketers second.

And we have spent years learning exactly what moves the needle for the kinds of businesses most marketing agencies do not understand.

About Microdose Marketing:

Microdose Marketing exists because the practitioners doing the most important work in healthcare are often the worst served by the marketing industry.

Integrative and functional health practices do not need more generic content, ineffective ad strategies, or agencies that treat them like any other healthcare account. They need a partner who understands what they do, who their patients are, and what it actually takes to earn that patient's trust before they ever walk through the door.

That is what we build.

Who We Are:

We are Mike and Kelly Raposa, based on the Southcoast of Massachusetts.

Kelly leads client strategy, content, and relationships. She has spent years building marketing for service businesses and product brands, and has always worked most effectively in close, direct partnership with a small number of clients. She understands the patient you are trying to reach because she has been building content for that person across every brand she has ever worked on.

Mike brings a background in operations, quality systems, and software development. He handles the technical and analytical side of the work, and when a practice needs solutions beyond marketing, that is often a conversation worth having too.

Between us we have navigated platform changes, rising ad costs, shifting algorithms, and more industry best practices than we can count. What has stayed constant is a commitment to building things that hold up over time.

How We Work:

When you work with us, you work directly with us. No handoffs, no account managers, no junior staff running your strategy.

We keep our client list small on purpose. Four retainer clients at a time, maximum. That is not a limitation; it is how we stay genuinely useful to the practices we work with.

We believe marketing should be clear rather than clever, structured rather than overwhelming, and effective without requiring you to become a full-time content creator to make it work. That is the standard we hold ourselves to for every practice on our roster.

If you are looking for a partner who will take your practice seriously and tell you the truth about what it needs, you are in the right place.

Co-Founder, Builder of Tools, Systems Guy

I know what it's like to be overwhelmed. I spent years learning everything I could about marketing. SEO, ads, content strategy, all of it. And I'd still sit there stuck, not knowing what to actually do next.

When I finally figured things out, it was because I started building my own tools. Something clicked. I could take all that scattered knowledge and turn it into something that just tells you: do this, then this, then this.

That's what I love doing now. Building tools and systems for people who really want to make their business work but don't want to feel drained figuring it out alone. Most of the help out there is either advice that leaves you back at square one, or subscription software that bleeds your budget while you're still trying to get off the ground.

I wanted to make something different. Tools you own outright. Systems you can actually finish. No monthly fees, no guesswork.

    Co-Founder, Strategist, Artist-at-Heart

I’ve been in marketing almost a decade, but I stepped back to focus on family and my career as an artist. I’m not as visible in the day-to-day anymore, but I still help shape the way we run this company and the tools we’re building.

Before that, I was the one clients came to for strategy, paid ads, and “what the hell do I do next?” talks. I started in banking, moved into running a wellness center, then built an e-commerce business while raising a family. I know what it feels like to juggle it all- the energy surges, the burnout days, the “I just want someone to tell me what to do” moments.

That’s what the Microdose Method™️ is all about. Realistic marketing, built for solopreneurs and small businesses, by people who’ve lived it.
