Before we meet you will fill out a short intake form so we are not starting from zero. The session itself runs 60 to 75 minutes. We look at your current marketing, your patient acquisition path, your messaging, and where the biggest opportunities are. We ask direct questions and give direct answers.

You will leave with a clear picture of what is working, what is not, and a specific set of priorities for what to address first. You’ll leave with a concrete plan for your practice (not a general framework, not a list of options).

Some practices only need the one session. Others move into an ongoing retainer because the path forward is clear and they want a partner to run it with them. Both are completely valid outcomes. There is no pressure in either direction.

Ongoing Consulting, $500/month

For practices that want consistent strategic support while they do the work themselves.

This is the right fit if you are not yet ready for a full retainer but want more than a single session. You get a dedicated monthly strategy call and light follow-up support between sessions.

  • Light follow-up support between sessions, defined and reasonable

  • Continued refinement of strategy as you implement

  • A clear path forward at every stage

Many ongoing consulting clients move into a full retainer within three to six months. This is where that relationship often begins.
